Our new range of Electromechanical Multipurpose Testers are automatic, compact and versatile. They have been designed for various applications where a limited maximum load and small testing space are required. 

These new testers include:

• SPEEDLOADER EmS -> with its 50 kN capacity and fully variable test speed (from 0.2 to 51 mm/min), this CONTROLS machine can not only perform CBR and Marshall tests but also several other applications where a fully automatic Closed-loop displacement control is required.
• MULTILOADER EmS -> it’s the most versatile solution for laboratories needing fully automatic performance and elaboration of displacement-controlled tests. User-friendly, compact, and standalone, this tester comes pre-set with 18 Standard-compliant testing profiles that will allow even less experienced operators to perform a wide range of complex displacement-controlled test methods.
• Balanced Loader EmS -> specifically designed for asphalt mix, this machine can automatically perform most of the tests included into the Balanced Mix Design procedures, from the IDEAL-CT, IDEAL-RT, Indirect Tensile Strength to the Semi-Circular Bend test and many more.
• UNIFRAME50 EmS and UNIFRAME50-T EmS -> they are universal automatic compression,flexural and tension (UNIFRAME 50-T) machine for displacement and load-controlled tests on a vast range of construction materials. Highly flexible, these testing systems benefit from generous dimensions that allows the operator to place an extensive range of accessories meeting all the needs of a material testing lab.
